A multi-phase transformation of an existing rural property in Huron County, Ontario. Limehouse Studios has worked with the client over several years to navigate complex planning and by-law requirements for on-farm diversified uses, while acting as Architect of Record for the main house and barn. The project carefully adapts the existing property for new uses while retaining the character and agricultural identity of its rural setting.
